Who says you can’t have a garden in your poky, suburban flat? Just find a nook-at the entrance, in the verandah or even in a quiet corner of your living room, and” landscape” your own little garden with some help from the maali. First, find a show stopping “planter” such as the miniature wooden canoe, a large piece of driftwood, or old wooden crates (from the local fruit market). Then get the maali to find you some indoor greens… nest the smaller ones inside the planter” and place the larger ones in a bed of smooth pebbles and stones that make more beautiful.
