EATING RIGHT


Apart from thyroid imbalances, the biggest culprit in child obesity is junk food, combined with a lack of exercise. Studies have shown that eating right is an acquired childhood behaviors instill good eating habits in your child as an adult. The best ay for you to encourage healthy eating is to eat well yourself and not overeat. Talk about your feelings of fulness, especially with younger children. It’s easy for food to become a source of conflict. Well intentioned parents might find themselves bargaining or bribing children to eat the healthy food in front of them. Eat at a set time.
